Contract to Hire
Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Experience Level: 6-10 Years.
Bachelor ' s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Healthcare experience desired. Experience with wellness or incentive related products preferred. Experience managing projects covering data modelling, data marts, web integration, single sign-on, and third party vendors also preferred.
Some travel between Northern and Southern California required.

Ability to create project plans and manage accordingly, plan the work and work the plan.
Ability to help shape and influence the direction of the program in terms of scope and timing while working with business partners
Ability to see overall "big picture" and how to integrate this project within a larger client infrastructure
Create concept and definition phase deliverables, partnering with solution management resources on both business and IT
Top 3-5 daily responsibilities:
Work closely with business and solutioning resources on lifecyle deliverables.
Weekly status reports in several formats
Manage project plan and resources charging to the project plan to track financials (burn) and deliverables
Type of background you are looking for:
Large Medical experience
Financial products (HRA, HSA, FSA) and Wellness (Incentive) Products
Ability to lead project from inception through deployment
Size of the team: 10 including both business and IT
Information on the project: Launching new wellness plans and capabilities and need strong PM to lead the effort
