A leading service provider based in Homebush is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst/Service Desk Operator to join their team on a three month contract.*This is a very urgent contract and they need people to start ASAP*.
In this role you will provide primary Service Desk support that includes incident investigation, resolution and call management.
Responsibilities
Provision of first level support for the investigation and resolution of reported incidents.
Ensure compliance with Service Centre targets for customer inquiry handing and escalation management.
Escalation of reported problems to level 2 specialists.
Escalation and management of problems to 3rd party maintenance and warranty equipment providers.
Maintain customer contact so as to manage expectations and requirements through the problem resolution.
Generation of reports as required.
To be successfully considered for this role, we are looking for people who have:
experience in Lotus Notes (highly preferred but not essential)
experience with Novell (highly preferred but not essential)
