We are currently lookin for an LTE Technical Support Engineer for our client based in France.
Scope of Services:
(1) Support Huawei LTE E-UTRAN Validation for Huawei customers
(2) Communicate with customers validation team for the test requirement and design the test book
(3) Responsible for executing the E-UTRAN tests in customer lab and pilot network and writing tests reports
(4) Technical issue handling and discussion with Huawei RandD and Customer team
Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
You will be responsible for defining and executing integration and validation testing on Huawei LTE equipments in customer premises:
- Responsible for LTE tests procedures definition, test execution and issues troubleshooting (including test environment setup, test equipment management and maintenance)
- Responsible for Tests Reporting (internal and to customer) and attending customer validation meetings
Skills and experience required:
- At least 2 years experience as an mobile network integration/validation engineer for a vendor or an operator (on 2G, 3G or 4G technology).
- Familiar with mobile operators validation process.
- Good knowledge of LTE technology (Radio interface, S1/X2, protocols, LTE features), and basic IP knowledge.
- Knowledge of Huawei Radio equipments is a plus
- Proven ability to diagnose and localize technical problem using logical analysis techniques
- Flexible to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, communication and team work skills
- Ability to communicate easily with customer about technical issues
- Ability to suggest solutions and pro-active personality
Fluent in English and in French (French mother tongue)
