Candle is seeking a Helpdesk Consultant to join a leading telecommunications giant based in Sydney's CBD. This is in an initial 12 month contract with view to permanency/extension.
As Helpdesk Analyst, you will provide product and service solution consultancy to Managed Customers for the resolution of activation and/or assurance inquiries for a range of complex products and services solutions available to the customer.
Essential Skills and Experience -
Experience in a similar role.
Advanced MS Office, Windows XP and/or Windows 7 experience
Previous job logging or CRM tool experience
Experience/knowledge of testing, faults, VOIP and advantage
Be available for shift work (7am - 7pm Monday - Friday)
Information Technology Certificate/Degree is desirable
Experience working in an ITIL environment is an advantage
Understanding of Network Protocols
