This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's leading retailers to deliver training deliverables across a new project. Working in luxurious offices combining gym, restaurants and shopping, you will work with a team of passionate and committed professionals. The project you will be working on will include but not limited to: Petrol, Produce, Readiness for Retail, which will cover system interactions and deliver training to end users across multiple regions according to project schedules

Your new role will cover:

• Develop training materials using the relevant templates and tools available.
• Understanding of Blueprints and Business Process Procedures
• Create/test data for the training database.
• Work with SME's and Functional Consultants to understand and document processes in work instructions
• Develop exercises for assessments in training, using unit test scripts, SMEs and the functional team input.
• Ability to create Course Outlines, Working Instructions, Reference guides and Help cards.
• Create eLearning courses where required.
• Provide regular training status updates to the Training Lead.
• Attend Train-the-Trainer.
• Deliver training according to the training schedule.

You will bring to the role:

• The ability to write training materials in UPerform/RWD
• SAP Training material writing experience
• Ability to work across multiple projects as required

This role involves travel across multiple regions to deliver training in Australian and New Zealand as well as conducting post go-live support in all regions as well, so it is imperative that you be able to travel for this role.
