The Email and Collaboration Exchange Specialist is an IT Specialist within the E-business Solutions Messaging Projects and 3rd level support team. They are an individual contributor responsible for providing IT services in a billable project/engagement role. As a member of a team or working independently they perform a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation and system integration for a customer's total messaging environment.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010,
Other Microsoft Technologies (ie Sharepoint Server 2007, Office Communications Server, Active Directory etc).
Email design, solution and project life cycle (including Migration experience)
EMC EmailXtender
MS Windows Mobile
Industry 3rd Party Messaging Products eg. Gateway Products for Antivirus/SPAM, Pervasive Computing (Blackberry, Everyplace), etc.
Operating Environments (Linux, AIX, Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003 , 2008 VMware, Citrix etc.)
